Straightforward, and only what's needed to get your order to you.

What we collect

When you place an order, subscribe to drop alerts or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, email, shipping address and order contents.

How we use it

Your information is used to fulfil and ship orders, answer your messages, and — if you opt in — let you know when a new drop lands. We don't sell your data.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with the carriers who deliver your order (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and the services that process payments.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from drop alerts at any time, and you can ask us to delete the details we hold for you.
